Grip socks are mandatory for all classes, clients need to bring their own.

First-time clients should arrive 10 minutes early for machine setup and orientation to studio procedures. Late arrivals will not be allowed.

Please be punctual. You will not be allowed into class if you are 10 minutes or more late and will incur a late cancellation fee of $17.

Cellphone use during class is prohibited.

Participants must be 18 or older to attend the class.
